魏桥集团总部大厦高150米，位于深圳前海核心地带，首层设有企业品牌文化展览和一系列公共设施。 建筑的设计灵感源自对建筑本身与城市规划的关系，以及业主对企业形象和企业文化推广的强烈意愿。
The 150-meter office tower is located prominently in the hearth of Qianhai Economic Zone in Shenzhen. The office tower was designed as an owner-occupied headquarters, with the company’s flagship showrooms and public amenities at ground levels. The building’s shape and delicate design emerged from studying the interaction between the building volume and its site surrounding environment, Weiqiao Group’s corporate identity, and company’s desire for landmark building.
该设计充分利用了场地与其周边的关系。总部大厦所在的场地周边为金科街与华秀街，且紧邻宝安核心区步行系统，直达附近的宝安滨海公园。 整个建筑体量被分成两个部分，保证了大厦获得最大化的海景资源以及繁荣的城市景观。通过向外渐变部分建筑底部的体量，将建筑与邻近的公共人行系统紧密连接。
The design concept takes advantage of the tower’s location surrounded by Jinke Street and Huaxiu Street and adjacent right next to the Bao’An Bridge Network that leads directly to the nearby Bao’An Waterfront Park. The overall building volume has been split into two wings which are orientated and address the site location in two main sea and urban view directions. As a key urban gesture, the lower building wing has been twisted in order to establish a specific visual and physical connection between the new headquarters tower and the neighboring public bridge platform.
引入商业零售区和商业辅助功能区，并分布在地下、首层和裙楼之间，形成了一个连续的垂直商业与交通的复合空间，直接将公共大堂与宝安区的人行公共系统连接起来。
At ground level, it was of great importance that the newly proposed headquarters appears much more than just an office building in the urban fabric. Commercial retail spaces and business support functions have been introduced and distributed between the underground, ground, and podium floors. The outdoor public circulation between those ground levels has been designed as a continuous vertical landscape that connects directly the public floors with the pedestrian public bridge network in Bao’An district.
该设计为客户提供一个灵活的办公空间，以适应其在未来的需求变化。结构设计解决方案将为建筑底部提供外部斜交网格从而最大化内部办公空间的灵活性。与传统的柱梁建筑相比，斜网结构提供了更高的结构效率，其主要任务是处理建筑物的重力荷载，而侧向荷载则由建筑的核心筒所承受。
The initial design request was for an interior that would provide a flexible workspace with consideration for potential future changes needed by the client. A structural design solution was chosen in order to provide maximum interior office space flexibility by introducing a building external diagrid for the lower part of the office headquarters. The diagrid structure provides more structural efficiency compared to a traditional column and beam building and its primary task is to handle the gravity loads for the building while the building core absorbs the building’s lateral loads.
巨大的中庭空间能够很好地收集自然光以及新鲜空气。同时，24层高的垂直中央中庭中的太阳能上升气流将帮助大楼进行高效的被动自然通风。此外，中央透空空间的玻璃面板采用了双层超白 Low-E 涂层玻璃，可维持充足光线，从而减少室内对人工照明的依赖。
The great atria void creates a great opportunity to collect natural daylight, and clean air and generate a passive natural ventilation method by capitalizing on the principle of a solar updraft within the tall vertical 24-floor high central atrium void. Furthermore, the atrium and sky-gardens glazing panels that form the central void are designed with double super white Low-E coated glazing material that catches and holds light which reduces the reliance on artificial light.
在办公塔楼的低区部分，每个楼层平面各端都有一个灵活的偏心服务核心筒。这样，便可以实现内部办公空间的灵活性和连续性。办公层与空中花园的楼梯相连。 这种设计手法将更好地帮助和促进位于各楼层中不同部门之间的沟通和协作。
The tower design creates a flexible off-center service core on each of the floor plan wings, at the lower part of the office tower, in order to allow for maximum flexibility and uninterrupted interior office space that could adopt diverse interior office layouts easily. The office floors have been connected in between with stairs located in the indoor atrium sky gardens. This special design arrangement would further help and stimulate the internal communication and collaboration between different departments located at multiple floor levels.
总部办公楼高区的设计意图是为了能使高区的布局和程可以很容易地从贵宾办公空间变为魏桥集团董事会的行政套房，以适应未来需要。为确保最大的舒适度、生活质量和壮丽的全海景，每层楼都由两间行政套房所组成。
The upper part of the headquarter office tower has been designed with the intent of the layout and program of those upper floors could be easily changed from VIP office spaces to executive suites for the management board of Weiqiao Group, in case there would be any need in the future. To ensure maximum comfort, living quality, and gorgeous sea panorama views each floor has been divided into two executive suites.
JKP Architects 开发了一种立面系统，该系统能够最大化保证全玻璃立面设计的视觉品质：全景、充足的采光和精致的美学，同时响应季节性气候变化。在该系统中，JKP Architects进一步提出了一种创新的封闭式空腔立面，将太阳能百叶窗置于气隙中，最大限度地减少太阳能热传递，同时达到优秀的隔音效果。塔楼外立面布置了水平遮阳百叶，帮助内部空间免受长时间的阳光直射，并减少空间内的太阳眩光。
JKP Architects sought to develop a façade system that maintains the visual qualities of an all-glass façade design: panoramic views, abundant daylighting, and refined aesthetics while responding to the demands of seasonally changing external climatic conditions. An innovative closed cavity façade was proposed with solar blinds positioned in the air gaps that feature minimized solar thermal transfer while providing acoustic separation between the office interiors and the busy outdoor surroundings. The exterior façade layer of the tower façade is outdoor horizontal fins that help to protect the interior space from long exposure to direct sunlight and reduced sun glare in the office spaces.

Weiqiao Pioneering Headquarters is designed to be a new landmark for the city that symbolizes future success and growth for Weiqiao Corporation and as a model of innovative sustainable development for all of China.
