Seorier is located on the flank of The village of Geumseong-ri on Jeju Island, surrounded by Ulumu to the east. There, the Oreum surrounds the site to the east, with views to the west of the vast fields and the Aewol Sea. The original plan of Z Lab was to create a space that could feel the nature only available in Geumseong-ri, so that the fields with their backs to the lush Aewol stone walls could be filled with immediate advantages.

Two Spaces with only one roof create a private living environment in a tranquil backyard where one can rest in peace. A corridor and a copper pellet reflect eastern light through the trees and thick forest of Oreum. The main building consists of a living room, a bedroom and a kitchen, both of which are connected with large Windows and low furniture so that sunset views can be fully enjoyed.

The annex, which consists of a bedroom, a tea room and an open-air bath, is lower than the main building so that guests can enjoy the open-air bath outside the window while sitting in the tea room for tea preparation. The outdoor space is made up of corridors and lounges, which are enriched by birdsong and wind from the forest as people sit on the floor of the corridors.

A design that suits three types of meditation experiences: evening meditation, where you can watch the sunset and feel each other; Time for contemplation, a dip in an open-air bath and a deeper conversation over prepared tea; Meditate Sit in the cool hallway the next morning and let yourself go. It is designed to make deep experiences more positive for those who experience the space.
