The headquarters of Yoshida Printing, located in a business area near Tokyo, house different multifunctional spaces to concentrate, in a flexible manner, the offices of the Japanese company and spaces for special events. The plot, rectangular in shape and with a central protrusion introduced between the buildings of the block, has three sides onto the street. The building goes up on the plot as an extrusion of this T-shape, separated from the nearby buildings, with a simple but bold volume that perfectly wraps up the orthogonal block. The massive character of the piece is compensated with the treatment of the facade, with deployé metallic meshes over glass surfaces, applied as thin superposed scales and cut out in different shapes. This finish gives the volume lightness and permeability, and creates completely open-plan interiors.

The narrow central protrusion houses the services, freeing up the main block for mixed and representation uses. Along the section there are changes in the height of the slabs that, without interrupting the spatial continuity, organize the spaces into sectors. Different types of stairs link the spaces to achieve a flexible distribution.
