这一按照LEED 金级和中国绿色建筑三星标准设计的办公建筑,是雄安新区的先锋项目之一。六座具有办公、会议、企业展示等功能的建筑体延伸至三个独立的地块,通过相互交错的建筑体量、中央中庭和整齐划一的立面结构等反复出现的设计语言形成了统一的形态。


The office quarter, designed to sustainable standards, such as the LEED Gold standard and the 3-star standard under the China Green Building Label (CGBL), is one of the pioneering projects in the newly founded district at the center of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic region. Six buildings in total, providing flexibly usable office space as well as exhibition and conference functions, extend across three separate sites. The design uses the repeated motif of meandering and interlacing building elements, central atriums, and an overarching facade structure to create a unified entity.


南北贯穿的中心绿轴串起了三个建筑群,并作为园区的绿色主体与东北侧的城市公园相连。一系列下沉庭院通过地下人行廊道实现人车分流。同时,园区底层与城市开放共享,员工从四面八方都可以进入,形成了园区与城市空间的联系。


As a green backbone of the area, an open landscape connects the three building ensembles that are staggered from north to south. A sequence of sunken courtyards serves to guide pedestrians through the atriums, protected from moving traffic. At the same time, the open first-floor zones, which are accessible from all sides, create links to the urban space.



项目的天际线由三座具有灯塔意向的“光之阁”组成,高度分别为130米、100米和60米。“光之阁”的光伏玻璃能够为建筑提供能源,其耀眼的形象在建筑群中脱颖而出。塔楼错落布置,高低有序,实现了采光、视线的最优化。


The skyline is dominated by the 130-, 100-, and 60-meter-high lighthouse-type towers that generate energy with their transparent photovoltaics facades and stand out as striking volumes in the ensemble. Their offset arrangement and staggered height allow optimum lighting conditions as well as open viewing axes.


常规的、与楼层等高的玻璃幕墙采用更具保温性能的双中空玻璃,并设有暖色石材效果的垂直遮阳构件。构件根据办公空间所对应的不同朝向的日照条件而有所变化。与之形成对比的是,穿插于建筑体块之间的水平和垂直共享空间区域,则采用了通透的玻璃幕墙。   


The regular, story-high glazed facades are designed as climate-active double facades. At the front, they are fitted with a structure of vertical light-colored natural stone elements. It varies depending on the orientation and the function in the interior and depending on the exact requirement for dealing with solar irradiation. By contrast, the communally used conservatories are fully glazed and appear as horizontal and vertical joints between the different volumes.
