走耳又YMCA酒店，杭州/让颇“年轻”的老建筑，继续拥有年轻的样貌-卓美

坐拥湖畔景色、隐于闹市巷内，建于1918年的杭州基督教青年会，是一栋美式古典老洋房，也是本次项目“走而又YMCA酒店“的所在地。隐秘的围墙在老城区划出一片静谧之地，转而向内，引入眼帘的是这栋充满活力的橙色建筑，它曾是西餐厅、舞蹈俱乐室、杭州首个运动场，一直是每一代代表杭州年轻潮流的地标。

With a lakeside view and hidden in the downtown alleys, the Hangzhou YMCA, built-in 1918, is an American-style classical old western-style house, and it is also the location of this project ” YMCA Hotel”. The hidden wall delineates a quiet place in the old city. Turning inward, this vibrant orange building is brought into view. It used to be a western restaurant, a dance club, and Hangzhou’s first sports field. It has always been for every generation. A landmark representing the young trend of Hangzhou.

复古的建筑与活力的个性，对比与矛盾产生的“趣”感贯穿整个设计。非标准化+幽默感+意外惊喜，是我们想要赋予它的新样貌，让走耳又YMCA转变为一家有66间房的精品青年酒店。

The retro architecture and dynamic personality, contrast and contradiction create a sense of “interest” throughout the design. Non-standard, sense of humor and surprise is the new look we want to give it.

大堂区域保留了完好的历史细节，老式的黑框玻璃门打开一道时光的入口，视线从复古的灰绿色空间进入未来感的金属色泽中。延伸至墙面的金色吧台与红色霓虹灯成为空间中的非标准化，走入其中不仅是匆匆而过的登记区，更是从早至晚等待宾客到此落脚休憩的吧台。

The lobby area retains intact historical details. The old-fashioned black-framed glass door opens an entrance of time, and the line of sight enters the futuristic metallic color from the retro gray-green space. The golden bar and red neon lights extending to the wall become non-standard in the space. Walking into it is not only the registration area hurried past but also the bar waiting for guests to rest here from morning to night.

一段非常内敛的绿色走廊和橙色扶手，像是要进入另一世界，富有仪式感。色彩带来的心理暗示引导客人产生美好的心境是创意所在。步行在冗长的走道时，适时的惊喜与意外引导着前进步伐。走廊运用了大面积的复古绿，转角区的亚克力、黄铜呈现了不同质感的橙红光晕。在大堂与客房的两点一线间，我们描绘出了无数的点——镶嵌在墙壁中的画作，为每一次驻足提供了理由。

A very restrained green corridor and orange handrails, as if to enter another world, full of ritual. The psychological cues brought by the colors lead the guests to have a good mood is where the creativity lies. When walking in the long walkway, timely surprises and accidents guide the progress. The corridor uses a large area of retro green, and the acrylic and brass in the corner area present a different texture of orange-red halo. Between the two points and one line between the lobby and the guest rooms, we have drawn countless points-paintings embedded in the walls, which provide a reason for every stop.

每一寸独特，都由多层次的色彩、材质、元素叠加所得。每个空间里都寻求强烈的颜色体系，Le Corbusier勒柯布西耶的配色方案，老建筑添上特定的色彩，形成对抗、达到平衡、变出生机，迸发出更加有趣的多种空间层次。

Each space seeks a strong color system, Le Corbusier’s color scheme, old buildings add specific colors to form confrontation, achieve balance, change a life, and burst out more interesting multiple spatial levels.

色彩和气味使怀旧气息更加浓重，形成旧的空间载体内部借现代设计元素碰撞出新对话，产生碰撞与新能量。

Colors and smells make the nostalgic atmosphere more intense, forming the old space carrier, using modern design elements to collide with new dialogues, generating collisions and new energy.

我们在空间中融入了与老建筑同年龄的ARTDECO风格，几何化的元素，在跃动中相互融合，产生“新”的“复古”空间，述说玩味空间的幽默感。黄铜在各个角落欢呼雀跃，保存完好的的拱窗与花式防护栏在静静诉说着百年故事。

We have incorporated the ARTDECO style of the same age as the old building into space, and the geometrical elements merge with each other in the dynamic, creating a “new” “retro” space, and telling the sense of humor in the playful space. The brass cheered in every corner, and the well-preserved arch windows and fancy guardrails quietly told the story of a century.

温暖的驻点，是由无数的细节所组成的。几个对比色的方格子，叠加在相互的色彩构成里，青旅空间与游戏半的入住体验连接，是设计赋予了个性化的表达。

Several square grids of contrasting colors are superimposed on each other’s color composition. The hostel space is connected with the experience of the game half, which is the design that gives a personalized expression.

在一些提升幸福感的小物上，从空间贯穿而来的色彩出现在每一个角落。复古、新锐、朝气、活跃、摩登、先锋的色彩群像，与趣味的线性示意图一起“keep it fun”。

On some small objects that enhance the sense of happiness, the colors that penetrate from the space appear in every corner. Retro, cutting-edge, vigorous, active, modern, and pioneering color group portraits are “keep it fun” together with interesting linear diagrams.

有视野、有追求，不甘重复，不削雷同，务实却厌倦千篇一律，精致的同时童心未泯。让颇“年轻”的老建筑，继续拥有年轻的样貌。

There is vision, pursuit, unwillingness to repeat, not to cut the sameness, pragmatic but tired of being the same, exquisite, and childlike. Let the rather “young” old buildings continue to have a young appearance.
