土地與氣候是我們面臨的最大挑戰,我們希望善用土地的特質及面對氣候的對策來進行設計, 除了滿足居住者的需求外同時也避免對環境造成過大的差異或突顯,同時也保有更多土地用於種植.
因為基地低於主要道路,所以我們先將原基地高程設定為地下室,而一樓則抬高並懸空;這種類似南島民族的高腳屋建築型態.可有效解少濕熱的地氣,使得室內空間更乾燥涼爽;地下室除了停車及儲物室的功能外,在車道基礎中,我們預留了集水箱涵,以防現今極端氣候的強降雨.並且為了過濾過多的陽光則在外牆做了金屬隔柵同時讓造型更精緻.
將建築提高半層樓當作地下室(地下室在原本的土地高度),可用於停車及儲藏的功能. 這樣可讓地面潮濕及熱的空氣被風帶走,讓室內涼爽及乾燥.
為了克服過大的結構跨距以及因應大雨而設置的雨水收集槽,我們整合了結構工程以及機電工程的專業.
符合使用者的要求並且解決天候的議題.同時提供各個成員專屬的空間.並且也有大家群聚的地方.
