Lombard Odier’s new headquarters, designed by architects Herzog & de Meuron, will open in 2023, and will provide a working space for the Group’s employees who are currently spread over five locations in Geneva. The building will accommodate up to 2,600 work stations.

Various collaborative working spaces will be set up to increase discussions, including a modular auditorium with capacity for up to 800 people, a staff restaurant, gym and several break rooms. “Our aim is to create a head office that combines technological innovation, flexibility and efficiency, while integrating new ways of working.
