近期,博埃里建筑设计事务所公布的光明城市垂直农场方案是集植物、食品生产和美学的结合,这是独一无二的。这个全新概念的综合体不仅包括绿色建筑,还意味着农业和都市的平衡。

Urban Vertical Farm of Brightfood is a combination of green, food production and aesthetics, which is unique. This new-concept complex not only includes green buildings but also means the balance of agriculture and metropolis.

光明城市垂直农场 Urban Vertical Farm of Brightfood

光明城市垂直农场总建筑面积约11万平方米。2017年,博埃里建筑设计事务所与光明地产共同研发,首次将“垂直森林概念”与“农场概念”结合在一起,打造一座城市垂直农场。

Urban Vertical Farm of Brightfoodis about 110,000 square meters . In this project, Stefano Boeri Architetti combined the concept of “Vertical Forest ” with “Farm of agricultural industry ”of Bright Life for the first time,to create a Urban Vertical Farm.

近年来,我们面临着城市化蔓延所带来许多危机,包括生产土地面积缩小、动植物生活空间遭到破坏等。因此,探寻新的城市生产生活方式,变得尤为重要。在此背景下,Stefano Boeri及其团队提出了一种“解决方案”,以应对世界都市中对食物需求。无论是垂直森林还是垂直农场,都是一种反扩张的措施, 旨在控制和减少城市扩张。

In recent years, people are facing many crises brought by the spread of urbanization, including the reduction of production land area and the destruction of living spaces for animals and plants. Therefore, it is particularly important to explore a new way of urban production and life. In this context, Stefano Boeri and SBA team proposed a “solution” to meet the demand for food in the world’s cities. Whether it is a vertical forest or a vertical farm, it is an anti-expansion measure aimed at controlling and reducing urban expansion.

为了增强建筑特色,更好地打造新型都市农业综合体,光明城市垂直农场提供了商业和办公的综合空间的同时,还提供了农业产量的需求。与米兰垂直森林建筑不同,本次阳台上的植被主要是蔬果类和可食作物等。并且为了取得农作物生长最好的光照条件,方案中特别设计了45度角的南向退台,形成结构柱网与建筑外轮廓两个斜交的空间体系。

In order to create a new urban agricultural complex by highlighting the architectural features better, the Urban Vertical Farm is designed to provide commercial and office spaces meanwhile meeting the demand for agricultural production. Unlike the Vertical Forest in Milano, the vegetation on the balconies is mainly crops like fruits and vegetables. And in order to obtain the best light conditions for crop growth, we specially designed a 45-degree southward retreat to form two diagonally intersecting space systems with the structural column network and the outer contour of the building.


由于上海气候明显变化和作物季节变化,塔楼退台上设计了12个“绿色泡泡”作为温室,以确保植被的健康生长。“绿色泡泡”采用ETFE膜材料制成,具有重量轻,强度高,透明度好,自洁性好,可完全回收等特点,在恶劣天气条件下提供清晰开阔的可视性。同时,考虑到安全性问题,在建筑的北侧两个垂直立面种植了以灌木和小树为主的植物,以呈现传统的垂直森林美。

Due to the obvious climate change in Shanghai and the seasonal variation of crops, we designed 12 “green bubbles” as the greenhouses on terraces to ensure the healthy growth of the vegetation. The green bubbles will be made of ETFE membrane material, which has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, good transparency, good self-cleaning and fully recyclable, thus providing a clear and open view while resisting the bad weather. On the consideration of security, more bushes and small trees are planted on the north vertical facade of the building for presenting the traditional Vertical Forest beauty.

光明城市垂直农场致力于其作为农场的特质,避免使用使用农业化学品、影响传统农业产量和质量的不利环境因素。在对农业条件和绿色节能进行了多项研究后,提出了各项可满足其自身运转的几项绿色生态能源系统:

Urban Vertical Farm of Brightfood is to meet its characteristics as a farm and avoid the use of agricultural chemicals and adverse environmental factors that affect the yield and quality of traditional agriculture. After conducting a number of studies on agricultural conditions and green energy, several systems that can satisfy its own operation have been proposed:

这些系统的相互配合可以保证垂直农场中的各项指标相互循环促进,保证农业生产、工作、生活等活动的进行。该建筑中先进的建筑管理系统BMS可为垂直农场节约50%的微电系统能源,LED照明和调光照明控制将会节约80%的照明系统能源。

The mutual cooperation of these systems can ensure that various indicators are promoted in a cycle and ensure the progress of agricultural production, work, life and other activities. The advanced building management system BMS in the building saves 50% of the micro-electric system energy for the vertical farm, and the LED lighting and dimming lighting control will save 80% of the lighting system energy.

而其自身的雨水收集系统与耗水量低的装置以及高效植物灌溉系统会为整栋建筑节约80%的传统系统用水量。建筑中采用的“垂直森林+垂直农场”的结合,可使上海每年减少4000吨的二氧化碳年排放量,相当于种植330,000棵树木所消耗的二氧化碳量零碳建筑(零碳建筑设计)。种有植物的的绿色立面将会降低10-20%的局部微粒物浓度,减少高达10DB(A)的交通噪音,并降低达10°C的城市热岛(UHI)效应温度。
