Located in the ancient Chinese city of Suzhou ’s newly developed district, this multiuse complex houses the headquarters of the Suzhou Broadcasting System, and also includes offices, shops, a hotel, and a public square. Its Lshaped towers are positioned in the form of a comma, with a gracefully curved glass roof between them that resembles silk fabric. This modern expression of traditional materials and motifs from Suzhou’s culture embodies the concept of “tradition plus new creation.”
