依居住者需求，一楼为客餐厅，休闲区及客房。将原有中厨弱化，强化餐厨核心的中岛，凝结家人间密切的情感，灰色瓷砖与木饰面配合，在材质上产生了层次变化。岛台兼有吧台的作用，高柜中嵌入酒柜，吃完饭和亲友在这里小酌一杯该是一件很舒心的事。电视背景仿天然粗糙肌理石材铺陈，朴质壮阔，客厅后面是大书房，是业主一家温馨共处的空间，用半玻璃的形式划分两区，使阳光互相穿透。楼梯下面暗门与木饰面融为一体。
拾阶而上，灯光与楼梯交叠，营造出新的光影场景。整个二层专属于主人，主卧—衣帽间——卫生间。
整个空间注重设计的简约与实用，将功能与生活美学结合起来，质朴的色彩加上线条感极强的设计手法，使家居空间回归自然纯粹的状态，自由开放的格局，让空间气流协调舒畅，伴着阳光进屋。
The owner of this apartment is a post-90s Doctor from Tsinghua University, who has a preference for wood finishes and the collocation of simple black, white and grey. The designer pays attention to the application of materials in a modern humanistic way, which makes the apartment concise and neat. According to the needs of residents, living room, dining room, leisure area and guest room are on the first floor. The original Chinese kitchen is weakened and the core kitchen island is strengthened at the same time. In this way, the emotions of family members are strongly related. Grey tiles perfectly fit with wood finishes, creating a change of various materials. The island also serves as a bar at home and a wine cabinet is embedded in the high cabinet. It’s a great pleasure to have some nice wine with families and friends after meals. TV background is made of rough imitative natural stones, simple but magnificent. Behind the living room is a large study, a place for the owners to enjoy warm family time. This study is divided into two areas by semi-glass so that sunlight can penetrate in the whole room. Meanwhile, the blank door downstairs is perfectly integrated with the wood finishes.
Going upstairs, you can see the light overlapping with stairs, which creating a brand new light & shadow scene. The whole second floor belongs to the owners, consisting of a master bedroom, a cloakroom and a bathroom.
The entire space focuses on the simplicity and utility, combining function with life aesthetics. The design method of using simple colors and clean lines makes the home space return to natural purity; the free and open pattern allows the fresh air and sunlight to get into the room.
