CONSTRUCTION & INTERIOR DESIGN OF A 110 sqm, LOFT APARTMENT IN CHRYSOUPOLI, KAVALA, GREECE
The project concerns the construction and interior design of an 110 sqm loft apartment in the center of Chrysoupoli city in Kavala, with focus on the creation of a cozy, warm, functional and timeless space, thus meeting the needs of a modern family.
In this particular project, visible timber was proposed for the unified attic ceiling, where openings were installed to light up the kitchen area and the bathroom. The architects employed a white color palette on wooden surfaces and the visible brick masonry, creating an airy and unique atmosphere in the spaces. This white palette combined together with the calm and warm fabric shades on furniture and curtains enhance even more the calmness and uniqueness of the space.
