The RK Properties Jun Yu apartment is in RK Properties International Community Center, which is located in the Anting business district of Jiading, Shanghai, and is one of the most popular rental areas for office workers due to the transportation advantage of Metro Line 11. There are three blocks of apartments, including white-collar apartments and capsule apartments, with 6 types of apartment types and 798 rooms, and a total project area of 59,550m2.

“年轻人都很注重体验感，空间设计是要跟他们的生活和爱好有关系、有情绪的营造，大家在这里可以产生情感的交流；其次是要独一无二，能够产生话题性，新生代愿意接受新事物；再就是要有开放和隐私的空间，功能分区明确、同时又串联、没有隔阂，打造年轻人愿意参与、产生交流的场所。”——设计师说
“Young people pay attention to experience, the space design should be related to their lives and hobbies, and create emotions, where people can create emotional exchanges; ” says the designer, “secondly, it should be unique, able to generate topics, and the new generation is willing to accept new things; then there should be both open and private space, with clear functional partitions, and at the same time tandem, without barriers, to create a place where young people They are willing to participate and communicate.”
MOD墨设考察了“Z世代”的生活姿态，在设计创作中，会更多考虑到他们的情感需求，让使用者和空间产生共鸣。设计拓展大堂空间的功能，以游戏、书屋、轰趴三大主题，运用时尚个性的设计元素进行串联，强调社交属性，打造多元化共享空间。
MOD design investigated the lifestyle of “Generation Z” and took their emotional needs into consideration in the creation of the design, so that the users and the space would resonate. The design expands the function of the lobby space, with the three themes of game, bookstore, and party, using fashionable and personalized design elements to connect, emphasizing the social attributes and creating a diversified sharing space.

一抹明黄象征了竞技与荣耀，在年轻人心中，艺术与游戏的结合更能增添游戏互动氛围。
设计师通过对基础空间的精准分割，将空间划分为传统游戏、电子竞技和流行音乐三大区位模块。简洁的空间动线深化了互动氛围，挑空的格局令人开阔舒畅，丰富多样的游戏设施则顺利连通人与空间，建立妙趣横生的共享社区场景。
A bright yellow symbolizes competition and glory. In the hearts of young people, the combination of art and game can add more interactive game atmosphere.
The designer divides the space into traditional games, e-sports, and pop music through the precise division of the basic space. The simple spatial flow lines deepen the interactive atmosphere, the through-height space is open and relaxing, and the rich and diverse gaming facilities smoothly connect people and space, creating a wonderfully interesting shared community scene.

洽谈区取材于常见的坡式屋顶的造型，配合明快活泼的色彩应用和直截了当的线条勾勒，创建了闹中取静的舒适感。大厅侧墙上的点光源数字装置装载着我们的时间之旅。
The negotiation area is based on the common sloping roof shape, with bright and lively color application and straightforward line outline, creating a comfortable feeling of quietness amid chaos. The point light digital installation on the side wall of the lobby carries us on a journey through time.

墙面运用了像素视觉系统，如同俄罗斯方块中的堆叠与组合，中央位置的射击靶心成为视线焦点。在繁忙工作结束之后，与朋友打一场畅快淋漓的桌球游戏，舒缓疲劳身心，这便是社区文化存在的意义。
The wall is designed with a pixel visual system, like the stacking and combining of Tetris, with a centrally located shooting bullseye as the focal point of attention. After a busy working day, playing a game of pool with friends to relieve fatigue is the meaning of community culture.

单个与多人座位的组合，将不同人群的空间使用模式收拢聚合。工业风格穿插摩登色彩，铺陈出艺术与生活的磁场连接，深化人与空间的关系。
靓丽缤纷的亚克力装饰，构成了绚烂时尚的城市节拍。自助零食贩售让大家在愉悦的同时得到进一步的满足。坐在沙发上打一局电动，随时可以补充零食和饮料，就如同在家中客厅一样无拘无束，尽享轻松一刻。
The combination of single and multi-person seating brings together the space usage patterns of different people. The industrial style is interspersed with modern colors, laying out the magnetic connection between art and life, deepening the relationship between people and space.
The beautiful and colorful acrylic decorations form a gorgeous and fashionable urban beat. Self-service snack vending allows everyone to get further satisfaction while having fun. Sitting on the sofa to play a game of video games and refilling snacks and drinks at any time, you can enjoy a relaxing moment as unrestrained as in your living room at home.

The red transparent box is like a treasure box, with unexpected surprises and treasures hidden under the dazzling packaging. In the ordinary public corridor, the bright colors jump out from the plain background in one go, as if full of light energy.

家居派对的概念早已深入国内多年，展现了多姿多彩的线下社交形态。作为互动属性最明显的区域，设计师结合酒吧、客厅、影院的多重模式，力图打消社区人群内的隔阂与界线。
The concept of home party has been deeply rooted in China for many years, showing a variety of offline social forms. As the area with the most obvious interactive attributes, the designer combines the multiple modes of bar, living room and theater, trying to break down the barriers and boundaries within the community.

柔和的原木色搭配沉稳的黑色，产生了截然不同的视觉感受。弧形转折的伞形吊灯与放射状的吊饰诠释了空间的跳脱个性，突出了爆炸的设计亮点，也增强了轰趴主题的绝妙氛围。
The soft log color with the calm black color produces a distinctly different visual experience. The umbrella-shaped chandelier and radial pendants with curved turns interpret the jumpy personality of the space, highlighting the design features and enhancing the wonderful atmosphere of the party theme.

左右两边皆分割出私人化的模块，在繁杂与简约的平衡点下开辟了社交的多元模式。每一个人，在这里都能找到舒适的状态。

符号化的元素沿用，令设计最终形成完整的脉络。当黑色线条的交叉和错落在派对空间中，运用机械感十足的未来战士模型搭配，惊奇又脱俗的设计故事在眼前逐渐展开。
The symbolic elements are used to make the design finally form a complete vein. When the black lines cross and stagger in the party space, using the mechanical sense of the futuristic warrior model with, the amazing and offbeat design story gradually unfolds in front of the eyes.

如果游戏空间是色彩渲染的视觉盛宴，那艺术书咖则是远离喧闹的自留之地。从空间动线设计入手，书架不仅承担着基本的陈列展示功能，在交错曲折之间，也让空间动静分离。
If the game space is a visual feast rendered by colors, then the art book cafe is a place to stay away from the noise. Starting from the design of the space’s dynamic line, the bookshelves not only assume the basic display function, but also separate the space from the static and dynamic between the interlacing twists and turns.

在原木色的温暖演绎下，倾斜而下的铅笔吊饰，颇有小说世界中的奇幻色彩。在开放阅读空间内，梯形的线条元素十分醒目，在书籍与文字的浸润之下，达到精神的富足。
Under the warm interpretation of the original wood color, the pencil pendants tilted down, quite like the fantasy of the world of fiction. In the open reading space, the trapezoidal line elements are very eye-catching, and under the infiltration of books and words, spiritual enrichment is achieved.

从梯形的书架门洞进入和穿行，整齐罗列的各类图书最终构成了浩瀚的书海图鉴。公共阅览的区域从纯白的几何形状开始，在设计师的多面手法下推演出各种方位的视窗，直角和钝角的结合将理性元素插入文学主题的感性之内。
书吧空间打破了刻板印象中枯燥无味的路线和规则，大面积的木饰面弱化了装饰感，反而从材质本身出发，在每个缝隙中透露出来自森林的勃勃生机。
Entering and walking through the trapezoidal shelf doorway, the neatly arranged books of all kinds eventually constitute a vast book catalogue. The public reading area starts from a pure white geometric shape, and under the designer’s multi-faceted technique, the windows of various orientations are projected, and the combination of right and obtuse angles inserts rational elements into the sensibility of the literary theme.
The book bar space breaks the stereotype of boring routes and rules, and the large area of wood veneer weakens the sense of decoration, instead starting from the material itself, revealing the vitality from the forest in every crevice.

私人阅读区域拓展了更为丰富的空间功能，沙发阅读、共享桌面、迷你高台等等涵盖在同一尺度内。在自然美学的影响之下，放下工作中产生的烦恼，享受安静阅读的静谧时光。
每一种物品都具有象征意义。廊道中用书本作为墙面装饰，结合柔和温煦的灯光照明，在起承转合的造型关系之间，塑造出带有书吧特点的过渡地带。
The private reading area expands a richer spatial function, with sofa reading, shared tabletop, mini high table, etc. covered in the same scale. Under the influence of natural aesthetics, let go of the worries arising from work and enjoy the quiet time of quiet reading.
Each object has a symbolic meaning. Books are used as wall decorations in the corridor, combined with soft and warm lighting to create a transition zone with the characteristics of a book bar between the relationship of the shape of the beginning and the end.

从欢快的游戏节奏，到静水深流的文字旅途，最终在复古情怀的派对空间为三部曲画下句点。
空间虽然静止，但是因为人的存在而注入了活力的情绪。打破原有的既定画像，重组未来的生活图景，拓展更多服务和功能，构建全新理念的社交场景。
From the rhythm of cheerful games to the journey of words in still water, the trilogy is finally concluded in the party space with retro sentiment.
Although the space is still, it is energized by the presence of people. Breaking the original established portrait, restructuring the future life picture, expanding more services and functions, and building a new concept of social scene.
