栈前餐厅是一家港式点心专营店，所在地位于滨江区江南大道宝龙广场5层。这是栈前在杭州开设的第二家店，这里是时尚年轻人的聚集地，客户希望打造一个有别于传统老香港味道的餐厅，让来到这里的顾客舒适就餐，悠闲的品味美食。
Zhanqian is a Hong Kong Dim Sum restaurant in Binjiang District Jiangnan Avenue, Powerlong city square floor 5. It’s Zhanqian’s second restaurant in Hangzhou. Client wants to create an atmosphere different from traditional old Hong Kong style, which to provide a comfortable dining zone for young customers.

中庭和橱窗采光极好的区域布置为就餐区，水吧和明档围绕着就餐区分布，包厢由中间可折叠的屏风一分为二，集体聚餐时便成一个敞开的房间，墙面由灰砖错拼叠加而成，形成半通透式的空间，营造出相对私密的就餐环境。
Cooking station decorated to a see-through space, customers get to see chefs processing foods while they enjoy meals. Atrium and near window area are dining area surrounded by cooking station and water bar. Private rooms are divided into two by accordion, and can be expanded for more crowded situation. Walls are decorated by overlaying grey brick to build a transparent space but also within needed privacy.

栈前的标识是一枚铜钱，即包含了古时候天圆地方的宇宙观，也表达了财源广进，追求富足的祥和之气。材料上选择金色不锈钢来代表财富，取铜钱的外圆弧和内部的方形几何线条来构造空间的结构。明档设置为通透的空间，顾客在品尝美食的同时还可以观赏到厨师们现场蒸煮食材的过程。吃食是一种幸福，品味是一种情趣！
Zhanqian’s logo base on an ancient Chinese copper. By using stainless steel with gold front, imitate copper’s circular outside and quadrate inside line, the logo represents meaning of wealthy and good fortune.
