coco + kale was born from the concept indoors outdoors minimalism inspired by the trend “healthy simplicity” that defines the healthy restaurant. It combines minimalism with nature creating a perfect balance between both by using natural elements such as wood and vegetation combined with minimal elements such as white tones and concrete. coco + kale is a 128m2 space filled up with natural light to inspire a more natural ambient in which the main element is a minimal black matte metal structure that contains a wide variation of plants alluding the concept of the restaurant.
