FAST & HEALTHY FOOD RESTAURANT “FOODBALL”
Restaurant “FoodBall” is one big mechanical organism, which by its art features of the interior (chrome and transparent tubes, multicolored balls, bright colors) is intended to cause an association with a lottery machine. The lottery concept is also expressed in the way of automating the transportation of dishes to the order area: dishes packed in special numbered container balls are lifted from the basement floor of the kitchen and placed on a conveyor belt from which visitors pick them up.The art solution of the FoodBall restaurant is based on the retrofuturism style. This style is intended to emphasize the idea of an automated restaurant, as a look at the technologies of the future from the past.The automated restaurant FoodBall includes two floors for visitors and a ground floor where the kitchen and the technical rooms are located. The restaurant is designed for 125 seats (73 of them – 1-st floor, 52 – 2-nd floor). The total area of the designed premises is 384.3 square meters.
